Certak was founded in 2012 and has continually provided software-development services to large organisations in the finance and travel industries, as well as small start-ups spanning Europe, America & Australia.

We build all types of software and websites, from headless automated processing, to rich user interfaces, to developer tools, to plugins.
We tend to reach for Java and JVM-based technologies unless a client has specific requirements to use other technologies.
We are obsessed with automated testing and the benefits that proper testing brings, and we consider it an achilles heel which companies usually fail to adopt properly. At Certak, we know that writing high-quality tests is often more time-consuming, important (overall), and difficult — than developing the actual functionality being tested. We do not take shortcuts, and we don't settle for hacks or sloppy practises — ever.

Yes, we can travel to any location.
What are the prices of your services?
Unfortunately estimating and sizing every project requires some basic brainstorming, regardless of size/complexity. So the answer is "it depends". However, we are a lean & efficient team, with minimal overheads. We know how to build robust software quickly, and we do not out-source where there are inevitable "learning curves" and ramp-up periods, with third-parties, etc. Overall, we estimate that we are drastically quicker, more attentive, and less costly than all "big name" software vendors.
We just need some help from time-to-time; and our budget is small. Can you help in this capacity?
Yes. We can work on an ad-hoc, as required, "if and when" basis.
We know what we want at a high-level, but not at a technical-level. Can you help us gather requirements?
Yes, we talk the language and can liaison with other stakeholders to figure out your requirements.
What sort of delivery guarantee do you have?
We are confident in our software — always. A client does not pay anything until after a delivery has been signed-off on, or a particular service rendered with satisfaction. We practise Agile Principals when possible, and deliver value in iterative, incremental stages. However, you decide when something of value is finally delivered (i.e., after n delivery iterations).
